Ammi's Kitchen Takeaway

Nether Edge Cafe - hot roast pork sandwiches from the BBQ throughout the festival
On the weekends, we will be serving our famous Moss Valley hot roast pork sandwiches from the BBQ, on a potato pave with homemade stuffing, apple sauce and crackling. The sandwiches are available weekdays as well. Served from the counter.
Woodland Trail in Brincliffe Edge Wood throughout the festival
This year the Friends of Brincliffe Edge Wood are enlarging the trail in Brincliffe Edge Wood (previously called the Tree Trail) to include information on some wild plants as well as snippets on the history of the Wood. The trail route can be found at several entry points to the wood. Labels will appear on plants and trees throughout the wood with interesting information and facts.
Geological Ramble 5: Around The General Cemetery
Our aim is to look at rocks around the Cemetery at the gatehouse entrance and rock spiral in the cemetery. We will look various gravestones types to work out which rock you would want to pick for your memorial!
Inflatable Carnival at Common Ground!
The grand opening event of the festival is fun for all the family! Bouncy castles, kids crafts, henna, face-painting and more, all free! Ammi's Kitchen will be hosting a delicious Community Lunch with authentic curry and daal. Everyone welcome!

Another damn fine evening lined up with Sheffield's premier up beat irreverent blues outfit, mixing elements of the Chicago style with a broader take on the blues tradition. This is fast paced vibrant blues with eye-popping harmonica and intricate beats
Northern Lights at On the Brink with Redbeat Disco
An evening of live acoustic music followed by funky Redbeat Disco. Northern Lights are three good friends, three guitars and three voices who love to sing and play a mix of styles with harmonies and humour. Come and join in!
TV Smith at The Samuel Worth Chapel
TV Smith founding member, singer and songwriter for the Adverts, formed in 1976, one of the leaders in the first wave of British punk rock, they performed regularly at the newly-opened Roxy Club, and gained cult success.

Funny Onion
John Hobson is a Sheffield-based performance poet performing under the name Funny Onion. Performing Since 2024 his original work at venues across the North, including shows at this year's Buxton Fringe. Plant-based laughs on vegetables and other things.

The Living Line LIVE!

Historical Walk around the Kenwood Park Estate
In 1853 the cutlery manufacturer George Wostenholm developed on the land next to his mansion, 'Kenwood', a suburb of winding, tree-lined streets called Kenwood Park. Our walk explores this elegant Victorian suburb and some of the people who lived there.

Writers' Forum
