This year the Friends of Brincliffe Edge Wood are enlarging the trail in Brincliffe Edge Wood (previously called the Tree Trail) to include information on some wild plants as well as snippets on the history of the Wood.
The trail route can be found at several entry points to the wood. Labels will appear on plants and trees throughout the wood with interesting information and facts.
Note: This is a free, unsupervised, self-guided activity. It is not a competition, there are no prizes, its aim is to make your visit more interesting.
Unfortunately, the wood is not accessible to wheelchairs.
