Ammi’s Kitchen: A Taste of Bengal at The Samuel Worth Chapel

Sheffield General Cemetery Trust is delighted to welcome back Ammi’s Kitchen for our monthly Supper Club, bringing an evening of global flavours, community and connection to the unique setting of Sheffield General Cemetery.

Ammi’s Kitchen is a Sheffield-based social enterprise transforming women’s authentic culinary skills into paid work. It brings together local women from different cultures to cook delicious, nutritious, seasonal dishes, sharing recipes that have been passed down through generations. Each meal is a celebration of heritage, tradition and the stories behind the food.

By joining us for this special Supper Club, you’ll enjoy a beautifully prepared meal while directly supporting migrant women to access paid employment and reduce barriers to work. Your ticket also helps Sheffield General Cemetery Trust continue caring for this historic green space, preserving its heritage and keeping it open and welcoming for the community.
